About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Internet Sales, you are the first point of contact for customers exploring Ulrich's solutions online. Your role is pivotal in identifying customer needs, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for a seamless sales experience. You'll use your communication skills, curiosity, and attention to detail to uncover potential customers' goals and ensure they're ready to move forward with one of our Lifestyle Designers.
This is not a cold-calling role. Instead, you'll work with warm leads from online inquiries and marketing efforts, ensuring customers feel heard and valued before transitioning them to the next stage in the Ulrich Proven Process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from online channels, including web forms, social media, and email.
Schedule appointments with Lifestyle Designers, ensuring accurate documentation in CRM.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and lead status in HubSpot CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification and nurturing processes.
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (remote sales or lead qualification preferred).
Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
