What You'll Do at Pega

• Lead Design Initiatives : Drive the design process, ensuring high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects
• Build Strong Relationships : Establish and maintain strong working relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, including product designers, product managers, and engineers
• Drive Pega’s Design System Adoption : Adopt, apply, and evolve Pega’s design system to deliver cohesive, scalable, and accessible solutions that balance consistency with innovation across new product experiences
• Leverage Emerging Technologies : Utilize advanced technologies, including generative AI, to enhance customer experiences, automate tasks, optimize development processes, and foster innovation
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with UX research and client success teams to ensure that solutions meet the diverse needs of our clients
