A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and / or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and / or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.

To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations :
