$40-45 / Hour
Join our Production System Training (PST) Midwest (MW) team and play a key role in delivering technical learning solutions that support the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of aircraft and aerospace products. As an Employee Development Specialist, you'll partner with Production Operations and Quality teams to develop and deliver high-impact training programs.
Responsibilities
- Perform as an instructor, facilitator, or technical performance coach in one or more of the following areas :
Aircraft Structures
Aircraft MechanicalAircraft ModificationsAircraft InspectionAircraft DrawingsAircraft Process SpecificationsMilitary Technical DataElectronic Work InstructionsConduct learning sessions using a variety of delivery methods, techniques, and platformsServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide learning consultation servicesProvide technical assistance in both classroom and on-the-job training environmentsSupport resolution of complex or unusual problems in a production training contextFacilitate work teams, lead training sessions, and support process improvement initiativesExpand and enhance expertise to maintain flexibility across the collective Statement of Work (SOW)Interpret applicable regulations and standards to ensure training aligns with commercial, government, regulatory, and organizational requirementsEmphasize safety protocols during instructionSupport Functional Development efforts by serving as a SME when neededEdit existing training solutions or create temporary learning solutions for urgent or unique business needsQualifications
5+ years of experience in aircraft structures production, maintenance, and / or training on military aircraftHands-on experience with aircraft structural and mechanical workProven experience training or mentoring in a technical environmentProficiency in reading and interpreting technical dataPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Fighter Jet Structures procedures , including :Precision drilling
