Tabora Farm & Winery in Dundee, NY is looking for one baker to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 4978 Lakemont Himrod Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

FULL-TIME POSITION, PRODUCTION BAKERY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. High volume bakery, prior use of commercial equipment a plus

Associate Baker Responsibilities

  • Weigh and measure ingredients
  • Mix and blend batters
  • Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
  • Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
  • Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
  • Prepare and maintain inventory
  • Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail a must
  • Dedicated to working as a team
