This role involves leading a dedicated team, developing and implementing personalized programs, and fostering an environment that supports residents' dignity, independence, and joy—all while ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
- Program Development & Innovation\n
- Design and implement innovative, inclusive memory care programs tailored to each resident's cognitive, physical, and emotional needs.\n

- Lead, train, and inspire a caring team of memory care professionals.\n
