The Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Industrial Systems Engineer / Principal Industrial Systems Engineer at our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland (work on site)

• where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs.

Northrop Grumman's ATL microelectronics facility is a unique high-mix production environment supporting semiconductor devices, RF / microwave assemblies, and advanced microelectronics packaging. Our engineering and operations teams provide cutting-edge process development and manufacturing excellence in support of programs across avionics, space and defense systems.

What You'll Get To Do

This position involves supporting ATL's production technology lines and requires a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include enhancing production efficiency and developing new metrics for the production floor.

Preferred Qualifications

Primary Level Salary Range : $85,400.00 - $128,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range : $105,400.00 - $158,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
