job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAct as an IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify internal and external identity and access management risks Manage user access certifications (UACs) for compliance with SOX regulations Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to align access management practices with regulatory requirements Develop and maintain metrics associated with UACs and application / platform integrations Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for defect fixes and improvements Bachelors degree or equivalent years of related experience Experience in crafting process documentation Understanding of IAM principles and exposure to IAM tools such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, and Okta Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Good communication skills Experience in end-user interaction for developing and implementing business roles and procedures Exposure to the policy and regulatory environment of information security CISSP or similar security certification
