The Facilities Services role is responsible for assisting with and researching complex issues and discrepancies between our field and the vendors we manage. This position will also represent DriveTime interdepartmentally, as well as with external vendors and other outside organizations. In long, our Facilities Services Coordinator is responsible for :

• Maintaining relationships with and managing national vendor's services.
• Supporting the daily operations of, scheduling or otherwise assisting with services like but not limited to : trash removal, satellite TV service, janitorial and other facility services at our various locations.
• Managing the following facility maintenance services and vendors at all DriveTime locations : janitorial, pest control, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Generating and maintaining Excel reports as needed.
• Working closely with Accounts Payable to audit and approve national vendor invoices against their contract.
• Acting as a resource for all business units to assist them in obtaining the most efficient means of production.
• Performing all other projects and one off assignments as assigned by leadership.

• Organization and time management skills in spades. You'll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again.
• Works well in a time crunch. There will be multiple time sensitive requirements and you'll need the ability to meet deliverable due dates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to quickly and comfortably learn new systems, tools and processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, experience with reporting Nice to Haves.
