Data Management Analyst 4 - Data Governance BSA / AML

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Data Management Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst 4, you will be part of the Data Governance department supporting Financial Crimes Compliance Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Data Management Analyst 4 - Data Governance BSA / AML

Location : Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.

Review and analyze complex multi-faceted Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.

Document use case inventories, data element inventories, and standard data quality checks.

Evaluate data quality metrics and conduct audits to benchmark the state of data quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop companywide data governance strategies.

What's Needed?

Ability to manipulate data via Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables) at a minimum.

Experience pulling data from authorized sources using SQL and PowerBI skills.

Experience with analyzing data quality defects and performing root cause analysis.

Proficiency with data governance concepts and tools.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including process documentation.
