Salary Range : $150,000 - $175,000

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our bnsf | tech division . This role is essential in aligning HR strategies with the needs of our tech teams, which are leading digital transformation across the railroad. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise and a strong background supporting large-scale technology organizations.

Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.

Travel is minimal , up to 20%.

Daily work is conducted in an indoor office environment.

Key responsibilitie s may in clude :

• Partner with senior leaders in bnsf | tech to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals and digital innovation.
• Drive high-volume talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top technology talent across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Data & AI.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated solutions in talent acquisition, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and proactively address workforce challenges.
• Support change management efforts related to technology modernization, agile transformation, and process innovation.
