Client Tech Support Consultant III (Time & Attendance)

Position Description

ADP is hiring a Client Tech Support Consultant III – GlobalView Time. In this position you will deliver configuration / consulting services to ADP GlobalView (SAP) time clients within the parameters of the GlobalView solution and services, and you will ensure clients experience world class service when engaged.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes - specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation.
• Assist various GlobalView teams with any questions or queries involving GlobalView time, and also educate them with our processes in efforts to provide stellar service to our clients.
• Create of work schedule rules.
• Work schedule variants and selection rules according to business requirements, including dynamic work schedules as per requirements.
• Process absence quotas and attendance quotas.
• Demonstrate solid skills in regards to schemas TM00TW15, and PCR's TR10, TO20, TO16, TE30.
• Create various Time Types according to business requirements.
• Work on time wage types for regular & overtime hours.
• Work on other time-related features.
• Provide mentoring support and guidance to other ADP associates on areas of expertise.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
