Job Description
Support ACI deployment as follows :
- ACI Optimization
- Scripting Support
- Change Management for new applications onboarding
- SW recommendation
- Escalation Support during issue, customer management, liaison with Cisco Tac and BU
- Proactive and reactive support
- Primarily offsite, with regular onsite visits (esp during change management, critical issues)
