Contract Administrative Assistant provides administrative assistance to the Contract Administrators within the Land Development department. This includes but is not limited to scanning contract documents, tabulating project bids in MS EXCEL, distributing completed contract documents and assisting with other related administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities may include assisting other departments within the company with general administrative tasks, as necessary.
