Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding patient applications
Follow call scripts and company policies while ensuring an effortless customer experience
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 1 year recent customer service experience in a call center environment
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors effectively
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Quiet workstation with high-speed internet access is mandatory
