Key Responsibilities
Manage the National Benefits Helpline and Screening Service to assist older adults and caregivers
Oversee the operation of an online screening tool for determining eligibility for various benefits programs
Coordinate with community-based organizations to enhance access to benefits enrollment services
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing helpline or customer service operations
Familiarity with public and private benefits programs for older adults and people with disabilities
Proven ability to work independently and manage remote teams
Knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by low-income older adults
Relevant educational background in social work, public health, or a related field
