OFS is seeking a talented and innovative Product Engineer to join our Design Solutions team in Huntingburg, Indiana. Reporting to the Director of Design Solutions and working in collaboration with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical specifications required by manufacturing and vendors
  • Prepare engineering / product drawings
  • Follow established quality and manufacturing standards
  • Provide technical product information to both internal and external customers

Skills

  • Resourceful in acquiring information needed to perform duties
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to a changing business model and processes
  • Ability to work in teams and individually
  • Ability to meet project deadlines

    • General Qualifications

  • Familiarity with furniture manufacturing a plus
  • Positive, eager to learn attitude
  • Extreme attention to detail and maintain quality standards
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suites
  • Imos iX CAD or Solid Works a real plus
  • Degree or work experience in a related field
