Acute Care Operating Room RN

Job Summary : Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a dynamic acute care environment that emphasizes best practices and exceptional customer service. Essential Responsibilities :

• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members to manage expectations and enhance the patient experience.
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment by adhering to safety protocols, noise reduction, and privacy standards.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, reporting near misses and supporting a culture of safety.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring colleagues, fostering teamwork, and pursuing professional growth opportunities.
