HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will support and partner with business leaders to align human resources strategies with business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to guide employees and leaders on HR-related policies, practices, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work with business leaders on recruitment, onboarding, compensation, retention, and talent strategies.
• Manage, resolve, and provide guidance on employee investigations, and complex employee situations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and develop people strategies to meet objectives.
• Support performance management initiatives, including coaching leaders, and assisting with development plans.
• Provide policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and employees to support business and HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop and enhance policies to drive objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze people metrics to make recommendations and plans to enhance organizational efficiency and engagement.
• Serve as backup for HR Generalist duties of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefit execution.
• May provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to HR team members.
