Overview
We’re hiring Senior / Principal Consultants for our brand-new, high-performing Miami office, based in a buzzing WeWork space. This is a client-facing, 360 role where you’ll be responsible for developing your own business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering outstanding talent solutions to life science businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently drive new business development, client management, and land / expand strategies.
- Source and headhunt top talent via Recruiter and specialist pharma channels.
- Manage the full recruitment process - from candidate sourcing and CV submission to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Organise interviews, gather feedback, and offer consultative, value-led advice to clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within Bullhorn (ATS).
- Build, nurture, and grow long-lasting relationships across your network.
