What You'll Do
Champion a safe work environment by rigorously following all safety policies, procedures, and protocols.Follow all companies, OSHA, and MSHA regulations for safe and compliant job execution.Support the construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks such as shoveling, raking, operating a wheelbarrow, and directing trucks.Communicate with equipment operators to ensure seamless movement and alignment of materials.Execute daily tasks as directed by your Foreman, adapting quickly to the ever-changing demands of the project.Operate small power tools (e.g., jackhammers) as needed.Dig, spread, and level construction materials for optimal project results.Move and handle materials, tools, and supplies with care and efficiency.Install, relocate, and remove traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones.Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.Who You Are

High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous experience in construction is a plus but not requiredyour attitude and work ethic matter most.At least 18 years of age.Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.Commitment to following all safety requirements, procedures, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.Flexibility to travel, work nights, weekends, and outside of your local area when the job requires it.Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools is helpful; willingness to learn is essential.Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform manual tasks in all weather and working conditions.Work Environment
