What You’ll Own
Manual milling and grinding setups and operation for tool and die builds and maintenance.Blueprint, drawing, and setup sheet interpretation to plan work sequences.In-process and final inspections using precision instruments.Root-cause troubleshooting and repair of tooling to protect quality and uptime.Continuous improvement collaboration with engineers and shop leadership.Adherence to safety, 5S, and documentation standards.What You Bring
3+ years of Tool and Die Maker experience.Proficiency with manual mills and grinders, including independent setups.Strong blueprint literacy and technical drawing comprehension.Solid measurement / inspection capability and attention to detail.Problem-solving mindset and ownership over quality.Nice to Have
Tool / die design exposure; CAD / CAM familiarity.Experience with metal stamping, forming, or die repair.Familiarity with ISO or AS9100D quality frameworks.CNC milling background in addition to manual machining.Bilingual (English / Spanish).Tools You’ll Run
