Blueprint, drawing, and setup sheet interpretation to plan work sequences. In-process and final inspections using precision instruments. Root-cause troubleshooting and repair of tooling to protect quality and uptime. Continuous improvement collaboration with engineers and shop leadership. Adherence to safety, 5S, and documentation standards. 3+ years of Tool and Die Maker experience. Proficiency with manual mills and grinders, including independent setups. Strong blueprint literacy and technical drawing comprehension. Solid measurement / inspection capability and attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset and ownership over quality. Tool / die design exposure; CAD / CAM familiarity. Experience with metal stamping, forming, or die repair. Familiarity with ISO or AS9100D quality frameworks. CNC milling background in addition to manual machining. Bilingual (English / Spanish). CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) : Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, Haas Manual Grinder : Okamoto, Harig, Chevalier, Kent Manual Vertical Mill : Bridgeport, ProtoTRAK, Sharp, Clausing, Supermax GD&T Equipment Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Skills Tape Measure Reading Manual Machining Skills Tool / Die / Mold Repair Skills Tool / Die / Mold Setup Experience Blueprint Reading
