We are looking for a motivated and reliable Installation Technician / Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. This role involves leading a crew in the installation of landscaping projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, plantings, turf, and other landscape features.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a small crew on residential and commercial job sites

Read and interpret landscape plans and ensure work is completed to specifications

Operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Ensure job sites are kept clean and safe

Track project progress and report to supervisors

Qualifications :

Prior landscaping or hardscaping experience required

Leadership or crew management experience preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
