This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of an iconic global brand through strategic forecasting, business partnering, and high-impact analysis.

You'll work cross-functionally with product development, R&D, IT, HR, and legal teams, while gaining visibility with our executive leadership and private equity partners. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Global Support Hub in Rosemont, IL. Monday and Friday are remote, Tuesday through Thursday are in-office collaboration days.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will :

Lead Forecasting, Budgeting, and Reporting :

• Lead quarterly and annual financial forecasts across global regions, with a focus on OPEXproviding high visibility into business performance and priorities
• Consolidate FP&A outputs into clear, executive-level financial packages and presentations
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of Longview financial data
• Translate actuals and forecasts into meaningful insights that inform decision-making and drive accountability
• Track and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, contribution margin, OPEX, and EBITDA

Partner Across the Business :

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position is $78,800 - $114,200 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's annual Manager Incentive Plan to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of bonus varies based on company and individual performance goals and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
