Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center , is looking for a dedicated and compassionate  Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor  to lead our weekend care team. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can guide others, ensure quality care, and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do :

As our Weekend RN Supervisor, you’ll take on a leadership role by overseeing care delivery across your assigned unit. You'll provide support to the nursing team, ensure compliance with care plans, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Supervising licensed nurses and nursing assistants during weekend shifts

Ensuring residents receive quality care aligned with their individual care plans

Conducting daily rounds to monitor care, assess resident conditions, and support staff

Reviewing clinical records and 24-hour reports for accuracy and regulatory compliance

Responding promptly to resident needs, incidents, and concerns

Participating in quality assurance activities and contributing to continuous improvement

Supporting assessments and documentation required for regulatory reporting

What We’re Looking For :

Valid  RN license  in the state of Pennsylvania

Previous long-term care or supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Compassionate leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Availability to work  weekend shifts
