Summary : The Service Lane Attendant helps keep the service lane clear, answers phone, sets appointment, picks up and delivers vehicles and assist service advisors.

Location : Bergey's Ford- Ambler, PA

Shift : Full Time

Essential Duties :

  • Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
  • Schedules service appointments.
  • Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
  • Keeps service department forms, menus and pricing guides up-to-date.
  • Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process.
  • Picks up and delivers vehicles
  • Keeps work area clean.
  • Other tasks as assigned

    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
