Are you a seasoned electrical foreman with a passion for leading teams and a strong background in PLC systems for roadway signals and lighting? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our growing team and take charge of field operations on critical transportation infrastructure projects.

About the Role :

We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman with at least 5 years of experience managing crews of 5–10 electricians and technicians. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roadway signal and lighting projects, with a focus on PLC programming, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate a crew of 5–10 workers on-site
  • Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based traffic signal systems
  • Ensure compliance with NEC, DOT, and other regulatory standards
  • Manage project timelines, safety protocols, and daily reporting
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
  • Mentor and train crew members in PLC and signal / lighting systems

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrical foreman
  • Strong background in PLC systems , especially for roadway signals and lighting
  • Proven leadership and crew management skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Valid J-Card (MD, DC or VA)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • DOT or traffic signal certifications a plus
