Are you a seasoned electrical foreman with a passion for leading teams and a strong background in PLC systems for roadway signals and lighting? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our growing team and take charge of field operations on critical transportation infrastructure projects.
About the Role :
We’re seeking an Electrical Foreman with at least 5 years of experience managing crews of 5–10 electricians and technicians. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roadway signal and lighting projects, with a focus on PLC programming, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance .
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate a crew of 5–10 workers on-site
- Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications
- Install, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based traffic signal systems
- Ensure compliance with NEC, DOT, and other regulatory standards
- Manage project timelines, safety protocols, and daily reporting
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
- Mentor and train crew members in PLC and signal / lighting systems
