The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of AI / ML Customer Engineering, New Business Ventures, we're seeking a Creative Solutions Engineer who combines enterprise technical presales expertise with deep creative workflow knowledge and AI / ML enthusiasm. This role bridges the gap between complex technical solutions and creative business outcomes, driving both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.

You'll partner with a team of sales specialists, product leaders, engagement managers, and forward deployed engineers to deliver transformative solutions for some of the world's largest and most innovative brands.

What you'll do

Presales & Solution Design

• Lead technical discovery sessions and executive workshops to identify high-value use cases that unlock measurable business value
• Architect and present comprehensive technical solutions to C-suite executives, aligning Adobe's capabilities with strategic business objectives
• Design enterprise-grade integrations and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams through the enterprise sales cycle

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
