The Director of Promotion Management is a strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the company’s trade and consumer promotional strategies across channels and retail partners. This role will oversee a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class promotion planning, execution, analytics, and ROI measurement — ensuring that every promotion drives profitable growth, strengthens KeHE’s value within the marketplace, and maximizes retailer collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotional strategy for the business, aligning strategy with sales, merchandising, and revenue growth goals.
• Define annual promotional objectives, KPIs, and investment strategies across key accounts and channels.
• Translate consumer insights, category trends, and retailer dynamics into impactful promotion plans that drive volume, share, and profitability.
