We are looking for experienced recruiters with proven business development success who are ready to jump into 2025 and make it their year! There are opportunities open on the Contract & Perm desks both with live jobs and clients to work with.

In this role, you will :

• Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Generate new leads with decision makers, head of's and HR manager's based on the East coast
• Sell insights to clients and ensure you are delivery quality results
• Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet the essential criteria for the role.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and post offer to ensure the candidates start the placements.
• Immerse yourself in the Data & Ai space -staying up to date with market trends and providing insight with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
• Act as a positive role model and provide support to junior consultants in the team.
• The office is located in the financial district with hybrid working opportunities post 6 months service

Who are we looking for?

To be successful at Harnham, as well as being a solid full desk recruiter, you also need to be someone who is eager to change the status quo and be open to evolving as the Data & Ai market evolves. To be considered for the Senior recruiter role you must be competent in acquiring new business with clients, lead generation and delivery. We'd love to hear from recruiters with experience from a range of industries as we can develop your market knowledge!
