We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor setup, purchase order creation, and invoice matching.
• Manage large-scale domestic and international payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform general accounting tasks, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and handling debits and credits.
• Maintain and update vendor records to ensure all information is current and accurate.
• Utilize mid-market accounting systems, with preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team to support the company’s financial operations.
• Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks as needed.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000.
