We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor setup, purchase order creation, and invoice matching.
- Manage large-scale domestic and international payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform general accounting tasks, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and handling debits and credits.
- Maintain and update vendor records to ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Utilize mid-market accounting systems, with preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
- Collaborate effectively within a small team to support the company’s financial operations.
- Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks as needed.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000.

Proven experience in bookkeeping, with strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with mid-market accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.Solid understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, debits, credits, and reconciliations.Experience in a manufacturing or distribution accounting environment is a plus.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to work in a collaborative, family-owned business culture.Interest in quilting or crafting is a bonus but not required.
