White Horse Village (WHV) is seeking to add a Nutrition Coordinator to our team! Duties
- The Nutrition Supervisor oversees the healthcare department of dining
- The Nutrition Supervisor ensures scheduling, staffing and planning are sufficient
- The Nutrition Supervisor handles team member concerns and conflicts
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that meals served are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that meals are served as necessary and on a timely basis.
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that food temperature logs are completed for each area and each meal. File in accordance with established policies.
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that food is served in accordance with established portion control procedures.
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that daily or scheduled cleaning duties are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators / freezers, etc., are clean and sanitary.
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that floors are mopped and swept.
- The Nutrition Supervisor assures that utensils, etc., are carried to wash area.
- Other duties as required
