DFH Architects is an established design firm with a long history of successful projects in mixed-used, multifamily, commercial, office and adaptive reuse. Our focus is on mixed-use / multifamily and adaptive reuse conversions from office to residential with projects across Southern California including Los Angeles, Santa Monica, West Hollywood and San Diego. We are looking for a team leader to manage projects and work closely with the partners from concept through construction, who is self-motivated, a critical thinker, proactive, a strong team player, has excellent communication skills and work ethic, and will be part of our team for years to come.
DFH Architects has an immediate opening for a Job Captain to lead mixed-use / multifamily projects from concept through construction and has the following :
- minimum 5 years professional architectural experience in multi-family residential
- professional degree in Architecture
- proficiency in Autodesk Revit required
- knowledge of SketchUp and Enscape is a plus
- knowledge of current Density Bonus laws and programs in Los Angeles, Santa Monica and San Diego is a plus
- interested in opportunities for growth and advancement within the office
- outstanding graphic and presentation skills
- excellent verbal and written skills
- a passion for architecture, in-depth knowledge of working drawings and construction
- a strong work ethic, team player, self-motivated, proactive
