Constellation West is hiring for an IT Specialist SME with a minimum active clearance of Secret (possibility for TS). Minimum education required is a Bachelors Degree and minimum experience is seven years directly relevant, demonstrable expertise supporting Federal programs of similar scope and scale.

Responsibilities and duties include providing overall task order leadership, overseeing QA and deliverable quality, and coordinating with J4 on laptop issuance and return accountability. Senior strategist supporting operational planning, JPP processes, and cyber campaign development. Leveraging extensive subject matter knowledge to perform high-level analysis, collection, assessment, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation of complex IT systems. Resolving intricate technical problems, requiring an intimate understanding of the relevant technical domains. Providing expert guidance and insights during the software development lifecycle, ensuring that technical solutions meet defined requirements and adhere to best practices. Overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Evaluating business processes, recommending technical improvements, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of project documentation.
