    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Public Relations to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the financial industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public relations strategy that not only amplifies the company's mission but also solidifies its position as a leader in the on-demand pay and financial wellness sectors. This includes designing and implementing multi-faceted PR campaigns, transforming data into compelling thought leadership, and maintaining strong relationships with key media and industry influencers. The role also involves serving as the strategic communications partner to the CEO and C-suite, leading the creation of high-quality written content, and securing high-profile speaking opportunities to enhance the company's and its leaders' visibility.

    Applicants for the Vice President of Public Relations position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive leadership experience in public relations and communications, with a preference for those with a background in fintech, HR tech, or high-growth B2B SaaS environments. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with a proven track record of managing high-stakes situations and leading teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive, high-level relationships with top-tier journalists and editors, exceptional writing and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability in executive communications. Strategic thinking, a proactive approach, and expertise in crisis management are also essential. The role demands a dedicated and aware leader with the courage to challenge the status quo and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
