• FOLLOW ALL 5S AND SAFETY POLICIES, PROCEDURES, WORK PROCESSES (maintain tidiness at all times, no stray training materials or things out of place)
• PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION – VEHICLE-RELATED (vehicle go-to person)
• CREATE AND MAINTAIN "SAFETY FIRST" ENVIRONMENT ON SHIFT
• PPE COMPLIANCE (note violations in share drive and Safety email)
• SCHEDULE VEHICLE TRAINING / TESTING AS NEEDED
• MAINTAIN VEHICLE TRAINING / TESTING RECORDS
• PERFORM VEHICLE TRAINING / TESTING (Written and Driving)
• PERFORM AUDITS OF VEHICLE CHECKLISTS
• MAINTAIN BREHOB REPORTS
• MAINTAIN / FILE CURRENT VEHICLE TRAINING DOCUMENTS
• TRAINING (Primary Vehicle Trainer)
• Vehicle training (includes : Industrial Lift Vehicles, Aerial Lift, Hoist / Crane)
• Bloodborne Pathogens
• Back Safety & Material Handling
• Confined Spaces
• Electrical Safety & Lock Out / Tag Out
• Fall Protection
• Fire safety courses (including extinguisher)
• Flammable / Combustible Liquids
• Hazardous Communication Right-to-Know
• Hearing Conservation
• Heat Stress
• Indoor Air Quality
• Lab Safety
• Machine Guard
• Medical Record Access
• Miscellaneous Safety Training
