We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about working with both pediatric and adult clients in community settings such as homes, schools, workplaces, or local centers. The ideal candidate thrives on variety, creativity, and relationship-based interventions, and shares our vision of making therapy accessible and life-changing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and adult clients with a variety of needs (e.g., sensory processing, motor skills, activities of daily living, executive function, mental health).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and support teams to create meaningful, client-centered goals.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments including homes, day programs, schools, and other community spaces.
• Create and adapt treatment materials that are engaging, functional, and age-appropriate.
• Document assessments, goals, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative care planning with other OTs and community partners.
• Educate clients and families on strategies for building independence and confidence in daily activities.
