We are looking to add a  Facilities Maintenance Technician to our team.  In this position you will be responsible for supporting our Austin facilities including our manufacturing operations.  This role has broad responsibilities ranging from maintenance of facilities and complex manufacturing equipment to working with contractors. The Facilities Technician will perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment including complex PCB manufacturing and test equipment.
• Perform a variety of carpentry, painting, electrical repair and maintenance duties.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assemble various types of furniture and equipment.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs for our manufacturing and office and facilities.
