Community Liaison Manager (Outside Sales Representative)

Looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Community Liaison Manager (Outside Sales Representative) for the West Los Angeles / Santa Monica area. If you are a nurse, social worker, or fairly new in Home Health sales, this may be the right job for you! Right at Home West LA has been nominated best home care provider and best place to work! We provide tailored services including companion care, personal care, and specialty care for the elderly. Our compensation is based on a base salary plus uncapped commission. We also offer paid time off, 6 holidays, mileage reimbursement between appointments, and optional benefits. Come work with our dynamic team!

What you'll do :

  • Develop sales opportunities and promoting a positive image of the company in the West Los Angeles / Santa Monica area.
  • Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers regarding services offered.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community, healthcare facilities, and referral sources appropriate for our Home Care Services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals that utilize Home Care services. Regularly conduct sales visits to those referral sources to assist them in identifying appropriate for services resulting in increase in clients served by Right at Home.
  • Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics.
  • Outside sales means approximately 70-80% on the road / out of the office sales.
  • Typically Monday to Friday schedule.

Who you are :

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration or similar area of study preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; preferred experience in home health, home care, or hospice but not required.
  • Must be service-oriented and growth-focused, contributing to the organization's mission.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Experience in sales and / or marketing; 1+ preferred.
  • Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills.
  • Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.

    Compensation : $67,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
