What we need :

We are seeking energetic, passionate people who enjoy the outdoors and want to play a key role for the position of Administrative Professional 2 (Intermittent) - H2Ohio (1 position available) within the Division of Water Resources, assigned to Franklin County. The address is 2045 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229.

What you will do :

  • Track final reports and environmental covenants for completed projects
  • Track and review quarterly grant reports for H2Ohio projects
  • Answer general program inquiries and data requests
  • Assist with external funding reporting and compliance
  • Manage and distribute education / H2Ohio signage to project sites
  • Staff and assist with public engagement and H2Ohio outreach efforts

  • Qualifications :

    18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in secretarial / administrative professional field. -Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college. -Or 6 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 1, 16871. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
