Restaurant Manager – Columbus, GA

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Columbus, GA! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume, scratch-made restaurant known for its warm hospitality and genuine southern experience.

What You’ll Do :

Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development

Manage scheduling, cost controls, and quality standards

Hire, train, and mentor team members to create a positive, high-energy environment

Ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination

Uphold food safety and service standards

What We Offer :

Base salary $60,000–$75,000 (depending on experience)
