job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAnnual salary based on experience plus a new business bonus Hybrid schedule - can work 100% in office if desired with some remote work a possibility Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, FSA / HSA, 401k match, PTO, Paying it Forward time) Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent Experienced in Commercial insurance (minimum of 1 year required) Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list Great at helping customers over the phone, in emails or in person in a timely manner Comfortable with computers and software - knowing Applied Epic is a BIG plus, but not required Retain current clients Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals. Youll be involved in both New and Renewal marketing. Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - written confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits. Grow accounts by seeing cross-selling opportunities (Business, Personal, Life, Benefits) Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carriers rating systems.
