Role Overview

We are expanding our Engineering Team and looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to manage and grow our land development projects, including hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. The role involves leading a team focused on expanding our civil commercial development footprint in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the civil engineering practice in Houston, Texas, fostering new client relationships and business development.
• Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding projects while building positive client relationships.
• Oversee project management to ensure quality, safety, and financial objectives are met.
• Engage with clients, design teams, and regulatory agencies for permits and approvals.
