job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPlan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment. Track and report on project performance using KPIs and progress reports. Ensure all required permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained and passed. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry. Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial or residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. PMP, CCM, or other project management certification is a plus.
