Are you ready for an exhilarating career where every day brings new challenges and discoveries? Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is searching for a Survey CAD Technician to join our dynamic team, and that could be YOU!

As a Survey CAD Technician for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll demonstrate excellent attention to detail throughout the survey process to assist a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor or Survey Project Manager to prepare topographic survey maps, boundary surveys, subdivision plans, and various exhibits and existing conditions base drawing. You will also use construction plans and CAD files to prepare the survey field crews to perform construction staking. You will also build, check and modify surface and site models for construction stakeout and control surveys. The majority of your time will be spent in the office, but occasional field work to check a drawing may occur.

Qualifications

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience; Trimble Business Center experience is a plus;

• Experience in construction staking and construction layout calculations;
• Experience conducting field surveys on a crew is a plus;
• Experience processing aerial photography and terrestrial or aerial LiDAR a plus
