A company is looking for a Remote Medical Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate front office patient tasks such as appointment scheduling and transport coordination
Input data accurately into databases and verify patient insurance information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Healthcare experience with scheduling and EMR / EHR databases
Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation in EMR systems
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
