Your Role
As a Structured Settlement Case Manager, you'll be a vital member of our remote field team, supporting our Consultants while managing critical case data. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional eager to learn the structured settlements industry while managing multiple priorities with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain case files in our RESOLVER system within one day of notificationMaintain comprehensive reference materials including underwriting rules, insurance company guidelines, and filing systemsApply knowledge of life company underwriting standards to support case managementReview, proof, and distribute annuity policies and final documentation to clientsProvide general support to Consultants and Senior Case ManagersContribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as neededWhat You'll Bring
Strong administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication abilities, both written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with case management systems or equivalent systemsStrong customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinking and deductive reasoning capabilitiesSelf-motivation and initiativeCollaborative mindset and team-oriented approachAbility to prioritize effectively and manage competing demandsReliability and commitment to following directionsPreferred Qualifications
Experience in settlements, financial services, legal, or insurance industriesKnowledge of both Liability and Post Settlement processesFamiliarity with annuity products and settlement businessAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsRelevant education or equivalent professional experienceWork Environment
