Flooring Estimator

Job Title : Flooring Estimator Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Flooring Estimator to join our team. The Flooring Estimator will accurately estimate costs and materials for flooring projects, collaborating with sales, project management, and installation teams. Responsibilities :

• Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client needs.
• Utilize industry software and tools to generate precise and competitive estimates, considering factors such as labor, materials, and additional services.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability information.
• Review architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements accurately.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotes, and proposals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
