A respected and mission-driven ABA practice is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead its growing team in the Salt Lake City area . This is an exciting opportunity to help build an organization dedicated to compassionate, collaborative, and high-quality care for children and teens with autism.
Position Highlights :
- Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical programming and supervision,
- Oversee quality of care, treatment integrity, and client outcomes,
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical staff,
- Ensure compliance with ethical and payer standards,
- Partner with operations to ensure efficient scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements :
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field,Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility for licensure),Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience in ABA therapy,Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills,A collaborative mindset and passion for developing a new practice.Compensation & Details :
