eDerm is a fast-growing technology company serving dermatology and other specialty practices. We build tools that help practices streamline patient communication and improve visit volume. We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist who can make client setup seamless and professional as we scale.

Job Description

The Onboarding Specialist is the primary point of contact for new practices after they sign an agreement with eDerm. You’ll own the setup process end-to-end : gathering required information, configuring accounts, and preparing clients to go live. Your work ensures customers experience a smooth transition from sales to steady use of our platform.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or account management (healthcare SaaS or medical practice experience is a plus).
• Working knowledge of EMR systems, DNS settings, and HIPAA guidelines is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical steps for non-technical users.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent onboardings.
